Miyako, a struggling insurance salesperson, turns to aggressive flirting with little success. After spraining her ankle on a stairwell, she meets Mitsuru, a goth‑clad employee of a mysterious foreign firm. He escorts her to his office, where his all‑female staff seem almost zombie‑like. Soon unsettling events occur—vomit left at her door, a shadowy woman in red trailing her, and a helplessness against Mitsuru’s seductive, menacing advances.
