A severely injured man is found frozen in the mountain ranges of Ladakh by an expedition team. He is brought to the Re-Live lab where doctors plan to revive him. The incident sets the stage for a technological attempt to bring the dead back to life.

Dr. Shishir demonstrates the revival technology to Parineeti and Phalguni. The revived subject wakes up with no memory of his past. The team begins the long process of trying to retrieve his identity.

In Delhi, Nabha tells how the subject Vasu worked many jobs and fell in love with him. She reveals that Vasu's family are orphans who lived together. Her account hints at a complex past that may hold the key to his memories.

Nabha explains that Vasu's stepbrother Kaushik stole the family money, launching a search for him. She paints a picture of domestic upheaval and hidden ties. The quest for Kaushik intertwines with Vasu's forgotten history.

Vasu escapes using Parineeti's card but is soon recaptured after he faints from bright light exposure. Parineeti informs him that he was killed and revived, and she gives Phalguni a commodity to service to help recover memories. The events intensify as his past begins to blur and re-emerge.

To gain recognition from those who remember him, Vasu attacks a minister and is captured. A video of the incident goes viral, increasing his notoriety and complicating his identity. The case then catches the eye of powerful criminals.

An aged gangster Burma Sethu learns that Vasu survived, signaling his return to the underworld. He orders Laalu Sastry's group to abduct Vasu along with his brother and the doctors. The team executes the capture and seizes the trio.

Phalguni discards the revived subject's package, and Vasu discovers a walkman and headphones. Listening to the music triggers revived memories, and he reveals himself as Disco Raj. Sethu learns of this from Laalu Sastry's reports.

Shishir reveals that Raj is actually about 70 years old, having been frozen for 35 years. This strange age-gap fuels the mystery of Vasu's true identity. Raj resolves to journey with Phalguni to rediscover who he really is.

Raj visits the Madras Bar founded by him, where a friend explains his identity as a music-loving gangster at odds with Sethu. The simultaneous gang war foreshadows the violent path of his former life. He contemplates how to reconcile with his remembered past.

Anthony Das, revealed to be Raj’s former ally Uttar Kumar, issues orders to kill them and shoots Raj during the confrontation. The revelation about his duplicity ties the killings to a single mastermind. A violent showdown ensues.

Vasu returns to Delhi and pays off his family loan with Kaushik’s help, reconciling with Nabha. In the lab, Raj is brought back to life again, while Sethu and Anthony recover, hinting at a cyclical loop of revival. The ending merges memory, family, and violence into a new beginning.
