Devil Girl from Mars

Nyah, a Martian commander, arrives on Earth in a flying saucer with orders to recruit Earthmen. While entering Earth's atmosphere, her craft is damaged and crashes on the remote Scottish moors. The crash marks the beginning of a tense confrontation between Martian intruder and human survivors.

Nyah storms into the Bonnie Charlie inn and incinerates the handyman, David. She traps everyone inside an invisible wall and releases her robot Chani to devastate parts of the grounds. Her presence signals a direct threat to the inn’s occupants and their safety.

Nyah identifies Tommy, the Jamiesons’ nephew, as a potential male specimen and abducts him from the grounds. She mind-controls Justin, sending him back to the inn as a pawn in her scheme. The inn’s staff and guests realize they are now targets of a Martian mission.

Professor Hennessey and journalist Michael Carter arrive at Bonnie Charlie to assess the crash’s cause, suspecting a meteorite as the source. They encounter Ellen Prestwick, whose personal entanglements add tension to the crisis. The investigators begin to sense a greater threat beyond a simple accident.

Nyah escorts Professor Hennessey aboard her spaceship to reveal Martian technology, including the ship’s atomic power source. The demonstration shows Earth scientists how far Martian civilization has advanced. Carter watches with a growing resolve to act when the time is right.

In exchange for Tommy’s safety, Carter volunteers to accompany Nyah to Mars. His decision underscores Earth’s willingness to seek leverage from the alien visitors. Plans for departure begin to take shape as the two prepare to leave.

Realising that victory over Nyah requires cunning, Hennessy proposes that Carter sabotage the ship’s power source after take-off. The plan hinges on exploiting Martian technology to cripple the craft and safeguard Earth.

Carter attempts to snatch Nyah’s controller for Chani in a final bid to sabotage the ship, but Nyah’s mind-control powers foil his plan. He is released and returns to the inn, where the Martians reinforce their threat.

Nyah declares she will destroy the inn and kill everyone inside once she departs for London. To avoid indiscriminate slaughter, she allows one man to accompany her, and the guests draw lots to determine who will board.

The draw names Carter as the man to join Nyah’s ship, raising a glimmer of hope for Earth if the mission can be leveraged. He remains hopeful that Hennessey’s plan could still work from within Mars.

At the last moment, Justin, now free from mind control, volunteers to accompany Nyah instead. His decision shifts the upcoming departure and adds a personal note of redemption to the crisis.

Nyah launches for London with Justin aboard. After take-off, Justin sabotages the saucer, sacrificing himself to save Earth and compensate for his earlier crimes.

The remaining survivors celebrate their unlikely escape with a drink at the Bonnie Charlie inn. The group acknowledges the fragility of their victory and the resilience of ordinary people against an extraterrestrial threat.
