On his first day, Kazeo witnesses a harsh street incident as a passing town car clips a group of students, foreshadowing the violence that dominates Suzuran’s halls. He arrives right in time for the opening ceremony, a spectacle that pits Toru Goura, the school’s undisputed top fighter, against a rival contender. Yuya Yagira embodies Goura in a display of raw power and skill, and the crowd roars as the clash tests who will command Suzuran’s unofficial hierarchy. The tension rises when Kagami Ryohei, another transfer student, makes his entrance with an air of arrogance that inflames the audience and earns both curiosity and disdain from the existing factions. Taichi Saotome brings Ryohei to life as a charismatic yet provocative force, threatening to disrupt the fragile status quo.

Kazeo’s resolve is quick to meet a rough reception. Before he can pursue Ryohei, another student named Wajima lunges at him, and Kazeo knocks him out with a single, precise punch, signaling that his presence will not go unnoticed. The scene shifts to the Doberman Bar, where Katagiri Ken, a former mob enforcer, tries to keep a low profile while enjoying a rare moment of calm. Kyosuke Yabe embodies the weary, calculating veteran who nonetheless cannot escape the pull of the underground world. He encounters Takashi Makise, who ropes Ken into joining forces for a project that could alter the power dynamics of the local underworld and the Suzuran scene. Tsutomu Takahashi appears as Makise, a catalyst who pulls Ken into a web of interests beyond his quiet life.

Back at Suzuran, Kenichi Ogisu enters the conversation when he explains that since beating Wajima at the opening ceremony, Kazeo has risen to become the school’s fifth-ranked fighter. The possibility of uniting to challenge Goura is floated, but Kazeo is not eager to rally behind anyone; he asserts that conquering Suzuran on his own terms is not his aim, though he remains open to contingencies as the battles intensify. Ryohei continues to hunt for challengers with growing confidence, while the friction between rival groups begins to spill into the streets and classrooms.

The tensions flare further when Kazeo and Kenichi find themselves entangled with Shibata Hiroki, the top fighter from the neighboring Kurosaki Industrial High, in a street-side scrap that underscores the breadth of the rivalry. At the Nakata auto dealership, Ken’s life takes a new turn as he adapts to a salesman’s routine and develops feelings for the shop’s owner, Aya. Yet the business is near eviction, as the local mob pressures the owners to vacate the site for redevelopment. The mob’s reach is palpable, and Ken’s moral compass is tested as he confronts Mr. Nara, the mob boss who remains resolute in his plans. Fujiwara, a former Kurosaki student turned mob recruit, reappears in the scene, and Ryohei’s ties to the underworld become clearer through Ken’s uneasy disclosures. Ken also learns that Ryohei’s father belonged to the same world, which compounds the sense that Ryohei is being groomed to inherit the family’s position.

A quiet walk to the cemetery with his mother reveals a painful backstory: Kazeo’s father was a professional boxer who died due to injuries sustained in the ring, and his mother’s struggle with drinking and gambling adds another layer to Kazeo’s guarded and wary nature. The next day, Ken encounters Kazeo again at Suzuran, and the pair trade stories about their shared past at the school, revealing how the pasts of veterans and newcomers intersect to shape present decisions. Fujiwara is dispatched to harass the Nakata shop as part of a broader scheme to destabilize the area, and he fans flames between Kurosaki and Suzuran as revenge for an old grievance with Shibata.

Goura learns of the links between Ryohei and Fujiwara and becomes the center of a growing conflict, but a Kurosaki student strikes him down, leaving him wounded and forced to retreat. Shibata confronts Fujiwara, but the confrontation ends with Shibata’s arm broken and the sense that the feud will not be resolved easily. Ryohei’s relentless attacks push Suzuran toward a breaking point, and Kenichi is hospitalized as the violence spirals. Goura’s own resilience is tested when he challenges Ryohei again and is defeated, cementing Ryohei’s status as Suzuran’s top fighter—at least for the moment.

Fujiwara and Ryohei return to the Nakata shop, intent on finishing what they started, and light the building ablaze in a calculated move to end the Nakata family’s presence. Escaping the flames, Ken seeks out Kazeo and begs him to intervene for his own safety, recognizing that further violence could threaten everything he’s come to defend. Spurred by the escalating chaos, Kazeo raises a new faction to reclaim Suzuran and challenge the entrenched powers that have long ruled the hallways.

With Kazeo at the helm and Goura by his side, the two leaders confront Ryohei and Fujiwara in a decisive showdown that tests every limit. Goura’s prowess shines as he dispatches numerous opponents singlehandedly before taking on Fujiwara himself, a clash that ends with Fujiwara conceding and retreating after Shibata arrives with a stark reminder of past punishments. The final clash between Kazeo and Ryohei is brutal and protracted, but Kazeo emerges victorious, earning space to care for the battered Ryohei and remove him from the Nara Gang’s influence.

Time passes and the Nakata auto shop is rebuilt and thriving once more. Kazeo’s triumph—having united Suzuran under his leadership and become the school’s number one fighter—sets the stage for a climactic encounter with Megumi Hayashida, also known as Rindaman, brought to life by Motoki Fukami. The film closes on the brink of their epic confrontation, as the two formidable figures prepare to test each other’s limits in a final battle that could redefine Suzuran’s future. The ending leaves the outcome open, signaling that the legendary duel between Kazeo and Rindaman has only just begun.
