In a desert kingdom, martial‑arts fighter Cord loses a contest that selects a champion to retrieve the Book of All Knowledge from Zetan, an evil wizard. Without a sponsor, he defies the rules and embarks on the quest. A blind sage guides Cord as he battles a series of foes, each fight revealing more about himself and drawing him nearer Zetan.
