Annie, a lawyer, faces a challenge during the holiday season as her family’s beloved restaurant, The Starlight Café, is threatened with demolition. To save it, she accepts an unusual proposition from William, the heir to the development firm. He’ll halt the demolition if Annie pretends to be the legal counsel his father wants, a role necessitated by recent financial errors. As Annie navigates this charade, she finds herself unexpectedly charmed by William and the prospect of saving a cherished landmark.
