As the police close in, they trace Babbu’s phone signal, leading to his apprehension. During this crisis, Malti undergoes numerous grueling surgeries to reconstruct her ravaged face.

While navigating this turbulent period, Malti’s mother finds refuge working for Shiraz and skillfully utilizes her connections to aid in financing Malti’s medical expenses.
