In the year 80 AMM (After Mickey Mouse) on planet X, the crime-syndicated Cats aim to erase the Mouse population. Mouse scientist Professor Fushimishi builds a weapon against them, prompting Intermouse to call its top (retired) agent Nick Grabowsky to steal the plans. To distract the Cats, a second operative, Sergeant Lazy Dick, is also deployed.
