The Boss Baby

In the late 1970s, Tim Templeton, a lively seven-year-old, is shocked by the arrival of his new baby brother, who he dubs Boss Baby. This peculiar infant immediately distinguishes himself by wearing a suit and tie whenever adults are present, behaving like an adult in their company.

Tim becomes increasingly curious about his brother's strange behavior, leading him to devise a plan to uncover the truth. He sets up an innocent playdate to capture footage of Boss Baby during a staff meeting, but his intentions are foiled when Boss Baby's associates catch him in the act.

After being grounded, Tim learns from Baby the truths behind his stay with the Templeton family, specifically the existence of BabyCorp. Using a special pacifier, they traverse the fantastical realm where babies are trained for roles in society, discovering the secretive processes behind their upbringing.

Boss Baby reveals his urgent mission to Tim, which is to investigate the declining affection for babies due to the rising popularity of puppies. His primary focus is on Tim's parents, who are unknowingly contributing to this crisis by working for Puppy Co, the rival company.

Tensions rise as Baby's superior at BabyCorp demands results, threatening Baby with a return to the Templeton family should he fail. This ultimatum propels Tim and Baby to work together fervently to prevent any catastrophe that could force them to grow up too soon.

During Take Your Kid to Work Day, Tim and Baby infiltrate Puppy Co., where they come face-to-face with the CEO, Francis E. Francis. This encounter becomes pivotal as Francis is later revealed to be the ousted former CEO of BabyCorp, who is now plotting vengeance through a nefarious plan.

Francis is shown to be developing a project called the 'Forever Puppy,' intended to siphon away the affection from children towards these everlasting canines. As this scheme unfolds, Tim and Baby realize they must act quickly to thwart his plot and save their parents.

While Francis goes on a business trip to Las Vegas, he leaves Eugene in charge, who hilariously disguises himself as a female nanny. Tim and Baby manage to expose this ruse, escaping with the help of other neighborhood children who join their cause.

Amidst the chaos, Tim's parents find themselves trapped beneath a rocket, a precarious situation manipulated by Francis and Eugene. As the boys work frantically to rescue their parents, the threat of the Forever Puppies looms larger.

In a climactic showdown, Tim and Baby confront Francis on a catwalk. The confrontation leads to a chaotic series of events, causing Francis to fall into a vat that unexpectedly reverts his age, reversing the very threat he posed to the baby world.

After Francis is reverted back to infancy, he teams up with Tim and Baby to rescue Tim's parents. Their combined efforts lead to a triumphant escape and the elimination of the Forever Puppies project, establishing a new order among babies.

With Baby now grown and becoming the CEO of BabyCorp, he faces an important choice regarding his past adventures. He contemplates erasing Tim's memories but ultimately chooses to honor their experiences together, recognizing their enduring bond.

As time passes, Tim and Ted, the now-grown Boss Baby, reflect on the deepened connection they share. They come to a heartfelt realization that love is meant to be cherished rather than divided, forming a lasting bond that grows with them.
