Bee, a working-class young woman from Eastern Europe, embarks on a journey with her wealthy girlfriend Sophie to attend an extravagant “hurricane party” at a mansion owned by David, a friend of Sophie. The gathering includes an array of characters: David’s actress girlfriend Emma, the enigmatic podcaster Alice accompanied by her significantly older new boyfriend Greg, along with the mysterious Jordan. There’s tension in the air, especially since Max, another attendee, had stormed off after a disagreement with David the night before Sophie’s arrival.

As the night unfolds, the group indulges in drinking, drugs, and lively dancing, ultimately deciding to play a darkly thrilling game called “Bodies Bodies Bodies.” Tensions rise as David, feeling targeted during the game, exits early—this happens just before a violent storm causes a power outage, leaving the group in a state of panic and scrambling to find a backup power source. In a shocking turn of events, Bee stumbles upon David outside, his throat brutally slashed, with a bloodied kukri lying nearby. In a desperate attempt to reach safety, the group tries to leave in Sophie’s car only to discover it’s dead.

The plot thickens as they uncover that Greg possesses a go bag filled with a knife and a map of the area, leading them to suspect him. Their confrontation escalates tragically when, in a moment of self-defense, Bee bludgeons Greg to death with a kettle bell. Doubts about Greg’s innocence soon grip the group, and suspicions shift toward Max, especially after Emma recalls his earlier confession of feelings for her.

Already battling her own demons as a sober addict, Sophie finds herself relapsing as Emma unexpectedly kisses her, adding to her confusion. The group is then dealt another devastating blow when Alice discovers Emma lifeless at the bottom of the stairs, raising fears that they are being murdered one by one. Accusations fly as Jordan and Alice allege that Bee is untrustworthy, even questioning her academic history, leading them to cast her out into the raging hurricane.

Returning to the car in a frenzied state, Bee finds underwear matching Jordan’s bra and glimpses her holding David’s father’s gun. Taking a bold risk, Bee reenters the house through a pet door and lays bare her truth: she had left college to care for her mother, who struggles with borderline personality disorder. The group then engages in a fierce verbal battle, where the tensions flare even further. Jordan, the self-proclaimed “killer” during the game, lashes out at Sophie for her past drug addiction, claiming she used David to gain access back to her trust fund, and even accuses Sophie of cheating on Bee.

The chaos escalates when Jordan shoots Alice in the leg during a struggle for the gun, eventually resulting in Alice being fatally shot in the throat. Amidst the clashes, Bee pushes Jordan down the staircase, leading to a dramatic showdown. As Jordan lies dying, her final warning to Bee is to check Sophie’s text messages.

As dawn breaks and the storm subsides, Sophie breaks down, confessing her relapse and asserting she witnessed Emma’s fall down the stairs. In a gripping standoff, Bee holds Sophie at gunpoint, yearning to see her texts. The confrontation turns chaotic as they inadvertently pick up David’s phone, revealing the shocking truth—David accidentally caused his own death while attempting to create a TikTok video using the kukri. This revelation dawns on both women, illuminating the fact that the night of horror was wrought with confusion and tragedy propelled by misunderstandings.

Finally, as Max reenters the scene, bewildered by the events, Bee cryptically replies that her phone now has reception, leaving the night shrouded in a haunting silence of regret and realization.
