After reconciling at the railway station and deciding to embark on their life of crime together, they chose the name Romeo & Juliet to represent their partnership. The name symbolized their romantic bond and their joint rebellion against society and their families, much like the famous star-crossed lovers.

Romeo & Juliet targeted Veeraraju's showroom as their most dangerous heist because he was a powerful and ruthless drug kingpin whose illegal operations made him a vulnerable target. By robbing someone involved in criminal activities, they reasoned it would be less morally problematic and more profitable. This audacious move earned them significant money but also triggered Veeraraju's deadly vengeance.

Their earlier cons targeted wealthy elites, but this heist was different in scale and danger.

When Romeo & Juliet learned that Chinnari needed urgent heart surgery costing ₹1,000,000, they devised a bold plan using Veeraraju's own drug network. They created fake drugs and planted them to draw Veeraraju's men into confusion, allowing them to steal money from his operation while his forces were distracted. This desperate scheme was purely to save the child's life.

Earlier, they befriended Chinnari and her connection to them grew through their criminal activities.

To fund Chinnari's surgery, Romeo & Juliet created a ruse involving fake drugs. They planted fake narcotics in a way that would implicate Veeraraju's network while simultaneously stealing from him. This scheme incited Veeraraju into a rage and drew his men away from their usual operations, giving Romeo & Juliet the window they needed to obtain the money for the child's medical expenses.

DCP Yugandhar orchestated a major strike that freed Romeo & Juliet from prison. Though initially assigned to capture them, Yugandhar had come to understand their unique situation, they were criminals who also helped people in need and only turned to crime after being failed by society. His counterattack was strategic, dismantling their criminal empire while ensuring they faced consequences, ultimately allowing them to return to their families.

Veeraraju planted a bomb at the police station as part of his plan to kill DCP Yugandhar and eliminate Romeo & Juliet. The explosion caused significant damage and chaos, demonstrating how far Veeraraju was willing to go for revenge. This climactic event forced Yugandhar to take decisive action and ultimately led to Veeraraju's downfall.

After being freed from prison and returning home, both Ramu and Jyothi faced their families. With their criminal careers ended and Veeraraju finally behind bars, the danger had passed. Their parents saw that they had truly changed and were ready to start a legitimate life together. Recognizing their genuine transformation and repentance, the families gave their blessing and allowed the couple to marry.

The film began with family rejections, and their ultimate acceptance closes that character arc.

At the film's conclusion, Veeraraju was arrested and behind bars. His plan to kill Romeo & Juliet and DCP Yugandhar through the bomb attack failed completely. The explosion backfired, and Yugandhar's counterattack dismantled Veeraraju's entire criminal operation, ending his reign as a drug kingpin.
