Twenty-five years later, Gilles Perret revisits the farm, which had been passed down to the brothers’ nephew, Patrick, and his wife, Hélène. The film now explores the farm's current state, as Hélène prepares to relinquish her management role. Through interviews, the documentary offers a poignant and intimate look at the evolving social and economic history of rural life and the people who sustain it.
