Jahnavi arrives with evidence of Vishwa's frauds and appeals to his hunger for justice. She asks him to pull off a massive con against three corrupt chit fund operators to get revenge. Vishwa considers the proposal and is intrigued by the chance to use his skills for a righteous cause.

Vishwa agrees to the plan and decides to work with his actor friend Tellabbai to execute the con. They plan to leverage Jahnavi's camera know-how to stage the events. The trio of targets Makrandam, Seshagiri, and Bhale Babu become the focus of an elaborate setup.

The scheme begins by targeting Makrandam, who collects antiques, with a chest said to contain a zamindar's treasure. They persuade him to buy land around the supposed riches. Inside the chest lies only shredded paper and a tape recorder declaring the hoax.

Makrandam and his assistant dig at night and discover nothing of value. Vishwa and Tellabbai splash a deceptive concoction on them, causing them to faint, and they wake up trapped in the pit. The incident becomes a humiliating spectacle broadcast on live TV, and Makrandam glimpses Vishwa's face beforehand.

Vishwa approaches Seshagiri posing as an American businessman. Seshagiri tries to outsmart him and challenges him to a 10 crore check, adding extra bank verification steps. Over time, Seshagiri grows tense as the situation spirals under his own arrogance.

The plan backfires when the check is depicted as a donation to charity, creating a national spectacle. The controversy prompts the chief minister to cancel a hydropower project, amplifying Seshagiri's anger. The episode signals that Makrandam and Seshagiri may become uneasy allies against Vishwa.

Vishwa reveals Bhale Babu's ambition to become Prime Minister and convinces him to run in village elections with Vishwa as campaign manager. Their rival is Parvathalu, a righteous figure who runs a local newspaper, Agni. The campaign begins to take shape as they orchestrate moves to weaken Parvathalu.

To curb Parvathalu's influence, Bhale Babu and Vishwa force him to sell his newspaper to them. This consolidates control over a key information channel ahead of the elections. The manipulation signals a tightening grip on the village political landscape.

At a filing press meet, the campaign videos are swapped with ones showing Bhale Babu's misdeeds. Jahnavi emotionally embraces Vishwa amid the chaos, and Chikati Rao reports the turn of events to Seshagiri and Makrandam. The mood shifts from triumph to scrutiny in an instant.

Chikati Rao, who had trailed Vishwa, tries to pin the switch on him, but Vishwa anticipated the move and plants the original videos in Rao's bag. The sting backfires, exposing Rao's role and allowing Vishwa to slip away. The others begin to reassess their positions.

Makrandam and Seshagiri visit Satyanarayana's house to threaten him, only to discover they are being recorded. Vishwa reveals that Parvathalu and the others were merely playing roles in the scam, dismantling the illusion of their invincibility. Satyanarayana’s name is cleared in the process.

In the aftermath, Satyanarayana is vindicated and a charitable foundation is established in his name. The realization among Makrandam and Seshagiri convinces them that wronged victims deserve restitution. The event marks a moral pivot in the con itself.

Vishwa reveals that his parents were victims of the original chit fund scam, explaining why he never takes fees. He commits to continuing his cons, but now with a purpose to expose greed and help the poor. The film closes with him resuming his life as a thoughtful fraudster, still on the edge of the law but committed to justice.
