In a brisk, deceptively simple thriller, the story follows Bachi, a sharp officer from the special branch who quickly finds himself drawn to a beautiful young woman, Venkata Lakshmi. A nationwide shock arrives when news breaks that a modest country hick, Tatineni Koteswara Rao, has won a staggering ₹50 crore in a Paris lottery. This windfall attracts all manner of ruthless seekers—gangsters and crooks alike—who see the ticket as a doorway to power and riches. To protect the newly minted fortune, the government elevates [Bachi] to the role of chief security officer for Koteswara Rao, with a powerful patron in the form of Satyambabu backing the operation and funding the security with every facility imaginable.

The balance of the film shifts when a courier delivers Habibi, a boy from Dubai, who openly declares himself [Bachi]’s son with the blessing of his mother Parvati. The revelation unsettles Bachi and disrupts his personal life, as his initial instinct is to dispose of the child, a plan he soon abandons. Instead, a complicated bond begins to form between them, even as a prior tenant—another Bachi, a kind of tomcat in Bachi’s own home—leaves a lingering mystery.
