Tony, Asif Ali Tony is a former mobster who has traded the roar of the streets for the hush of a quiet life. He shares a secluded existence with his wife Neethu, Nithya Menen as Neethu, and their newborn child, holed up in an old mansion that feels safe and distant from the violence he once led. For a while, the past stays at the gate, and love, family, and a calm home become the anchor of his days. The scene is almost domestic, painted with routine prayers, tender meals, and the steady rhythm of a life he once believed he might never deserve again.

That fragile peace shatters when a vengeful gangster, Prakash Kamath, John Vijay—a foe Tony and his circle once tried to erase—sends two brutal henchmen to cut the thin thread of normalcy. The interruption awakens old loyalties and old loyalties awaken danger the villa’s walls never anticipated. Tony’s childhood brothers-in-arms—Ayyappan, Kalabhavan Mani; Fakeer, Vinayakan; Benny, Rahman; and Geevarghese, Indrajith Sukumaran—reassemble with a shared, unspoken vow: they will protect Tony at all costs. The reunion is tense but intimate, a reminder that these men grew up side by side and cannot simply walk away from one another.

To secure Tony’s safety, the group turns to Chettiyar, Ashish Vidhyarthi, a sharp-tongued fixer, and his enigmatic partner Vijanasurabhi. Chettiyar lays out a stark choice: kill a rival gangster or seize a large cache of foreign currency being moved. The men choose the former, binding themselves to Tony with a pledge that if anything happens to him, his wife and child will be cared for by the crew. The decision sets a dangerous weight in motion and strands them on a road where loyalty and survival pull in opposing directions.

The plan leads them to a cinema theatre, a setting that feels ceremonial and perilous at once. Kamath crashes the deal, exposing Chettiyar’s treachery and forcing Tony to confront the man he once tried to erase. When the smoke clears, a violent exchange leaves Tony wounded as Kamath’s men advance, intent on wiping out the rival faction and claiming the territory for themselves. In a grim struggle that tests nerve and brotherhood, Tony shoots Kamath, but the moment is short-lived; a gunfight erupts, Tony is gravely wounded, and Kamath’s faction corners the survivors, tightening the noose around the group.

Barely alive, Tony is rushed to an underground clinic where a doctor removes the bullets and tends to his wounds. As the doctor works, Kamath and his henchmen arrive, seeking vengeance and control. Tony, still conscious but fading, is hidden away by his friends, who struggle to safeguard him as a tense standoff rages outside. In the confrontation that follows, Kamath takes Tony hostage, delivering a fatal shot that sends his closest allies into a desperate scramble and a race to keep his dying promise alive.

Neethu is left grieving and, in the wake of Tony’s death, buries him at the villa, grappling with a future that suddenly feels hollow. The surviving friends vow revenge and set out to locate the currency Chettiyar had hoped to leverage, aiming to secure a livelihood for Neethu and her child. Their search leads them to a heavily guarded convoy carrying the notes, where they cross paths with a stern protector, John Karim. The tense alliance grows as the group, recognizing John’s fighting prowess, decides to share the loot and move it to safety at a hidden dock, hoping to start anew with a clean break from the life they’ve lived.

Meanwhile, Neethu is captured by Chettiyar and Kamath, who force a grim reunion by contacting the gang and demanding the money. Ayyappan agrees to a dangerous exchange, with the condition that Neethu’s safety remains paramount. Tony’s friends head toward a precarious deal, leaving John at the dock with Neethu’s portion of the money, and vowing that someone will return by dawn. The plan tumbles into a chaotic resolve: a tense confrontation unfolds as Geevarghese, Indrajith Sukumaran as Geevarghese, reveals crucial information about John and the dock. The remaining friends open fire in a last, desperate bid to recover Tony’s legacy and protect Neethu, a choice that seals their fates.

The ensuing firefight is brutal and swift, and one by one the friends fall, their smiles fading only as they die keeping Tony’s final wish alive. In the chaos, Vijanasurabhi seizes the moment, grabbing the currency and slipping away with the money, leaving the others to their final fates. The film closes on a dark, almost ironic note: the dead gangsters meet again in Hell, celebrating their shared bond one last time as the screen fades, a bittersweet echo of their oath to Tony.

The threads of loyalty, brotherhood, and the price of vengeance weave a narrative that stays true to the core of Tony’s world—where former friends become protectors, where promises bind the living, and where the line between crime and family blurs under the weight of shared history. In the end, what remains is a grim testament to sacrifice and memory, carried forward by Neethu’s quiet endurance and the memory of a life Tony once hoped to leave behind, now carried into a future that the survivors must navigate with care and courage.
