God does not play dice with the Universe. On Halloween’s eve in 1938, a CBS broadcast reported UFO sightings across the United States. That same night two infamous prisoners escaped the maximum‑security Macatawa penitentiary, vanishing without a trace. The film follows ordinary characters as a divine intervention draws them into a high‑brow tale.
