Rajaram, owner of a lorry fleet, meets Devi, a garment factory owner, and a connection quickly forms between them. Their initial meetings hint at a growing attraction that crosses class boundaries. The spark sets the stage for a deeper relationship to evolve.

Devi asks Rajaram to intervene when two street ruffians tease her sisters Latha and Geetha. To everyone's shock, the culprits turn out to be Rajaram's own brothers, Ravi and Gopi. He treats the incident as a prank of youths, not fully grasping the family tension that will follow.

With more such incidents, Rajaram and Devi grow closer and declare their affection. The sisters and brothers watch the budding romance with mixed feelings, signaling a larger family dynamic in the background. The stage is set for a potential alliance through marriage.

On his brothers' request, Rajaram seeks Devi's consent for marriage between her sisters and his brothers. Devi curtly refuses, branding the two as wayward drunkards. Rajaram vows to secure their marriages despite her initial stance.

Devi agrees to the marriages in principle but the engagement day proves turbulent. The brothers arrive inebriated, drawing Devi's wrath as she insults Rajaram and leaves with her sisters. Rajaram expels his brothers from their home in anger and disappointment.

The two brothers, now state-ranked engineering students, win favor with a businessman named Rangarao who offers them employment. Rajaram secretly funds the deal by selling his property to Rangarao, paving the way for a partnership. This sacrifice is driven by his care for his brothers and his wish to secure their future.

The brothers, unaware of Rajaram's sacrifice, insult him in Devi's presence, misreading his generosity. Devi exposes Rajaram's hidden sacrifice, which softens their hearts and rekindles trust. This confrontation sparks a renewed willingness to reconcile with their brother.

Rangarao reveals his vendetta and schemes to have the brothers killed with goons. The brothers barely escape and end up hospitalized with injuries.

In the hospital, Rangarao discloses that he is Chinna Rao's brother—the criminal Rajaram helped arrest—and vows revenge. This revelation redefines the antagonism and intensifies the danger surrounding the family.

A melee erupts during the confrontation, and Rangarao is killed in the struggle. The death ends the vendetta and clears the path for reconciliation.

With the threat gone, Rajaram and Devi reunite and the brothers are reconciled with their family. The film ends with three weddings: Rajaram to Devi, Ravi to Latha, and Gopi to Geetha.

The families unify and begin a new chapter together, built on forgiveness, sacrifice, and loyalty. The ending emphasizes the strength of kinship and the power of second chances.
