Ang Pagbabalik ni Pedro Penduko

Pedro steals the Cuatro Vidas from Abraham. When the talisman activates its power, a portal opens and sucks Pedro, his friend Ricky, and Abraham into a different dimension.

In the new dimension, the trio is captured by militiamen led by Kidlat and his aide Silahis. The captors guard them as they adapt to their strange surroundings.

Silahis takes a liking to Ricky after coming out as gay and convinces the militia to return to their colonial-era town dressed in drag. The squad travels back with a very different appearance and mindset.

Pedro arrives in the colonial-era town wearing modern clothes and gear, causing a stir among the locals. Anna, Kidlat's niece, connects his arrival with a prophesied savior who will defeat Losipero.

Monsters ambush the town and abduct Anna, heightening fear and urgency. Pedro resolves to confront Losipero's forces and rescue Anna.

Pedro and the townspeople venture toward Losipero's lair, battling multiple monsters along the way. The march tests Pedro's resolve and leadership.

Pedro arrives at Losipero's lair just as the demon stirs from slumber and frees Anna. Losipero taunts Pedro, sowing confusion and feeding the emergence of a stronger evil version of himself.

Abraham joins the fight and uses a barbell to transform into Captain Barbell, aiding in the monster battle. He also gives Anna a white stone that activates her Darna powers.

With Flavio's help, Pedro corners Losipero and activates the Cuatro Vidas to kill the demon. The final confrontation ends Losipero's reign of terror over the town.

Pedro, Abraham, Ricky and Silahis prepare to return to their own dimension, though Silahis remains a nagging presence. They prepare to leave through the dimensional gateway.

Pedro's girlfriend Bambi arrives and angrily drags him back to their home dimension after seeing him with Anna. The dramatic interruption complicates the escape plan and forces a quick reunion back home.

As Pedro tries to patch things up with Bambi, Losipero suddenly reappears. Police officers arrest him, revealing that he is actually a lunatic named Don Robert.
