After the physician dies, his two daughters are orphaned. Their older brother converts part of the estate into cash and hides it in the safe. The housekeeper, knowing the money, hires a criminal to break the safe and forces entry into the room where the sisters cower, threatening them with a gun through a wall opening while drunk.
