A drama follows two families whose gay sons grapple with love, illness and addiction. Jonathan ends his volatile relationship with the experienced Miki and meets his neighbor’s grandson Thomas, who returns from New York after a failed music career, now sick, detached and seeking hard drugs. Jonathan tries to connect with him while Thomas’s bitter, aging grandmother, resentful toward her hard‑working daughter, watches her grandson’s decline. Across the street, Jonathan’s mother, brother and sister bicker as he faces adulthood.
