However, tranquility swiftly dissipates when Megan Rose, the daughter of a US senator, is snatched from her prestigious school by Gary Soneji, a seemingly unassuming computer science instructor with dark intentions. This shocking breach of safety highlights the failings of US Secret Service Special Agent Jezzie Flannigan (Michael Wincott), thrusting Cross and Flannigan into a reluctant partnership aimed at locating Soneji and rescuing the innocent girl.
