Veer and Prem forced Vidya and Jhanvi to switch identities because Dharam had already seen Jhanvi and mistaken her for Vidya. To maintain their lie and prevent Dharam from discovering the truth about Veer's fake marriage, they claimed Vidya was actually Jhanvi, forcing both women to play along.

The tangled web of lies began with Veer's original deception about being married.

Prem offered Dharam's royal gift to Tobu as collateral to settle part of their Rs 1,000,000 debt. Unbeknownst to them, the gift they believed was valuable turned out to be a container of pickles meant for the Lesotho princess.

Earlier, Prem noticed Dharam's Rolex and tried to use it to pay off debts, showing his desperation to settle the loan.

At the hospital, doctors confirmed that Jhanvi is pregnant. This revelation caused Prem significant distress and also led Dharam to mistakenly believe that Veer was the father, adding to the confusion.

Prem's jealousy was earlier triggered when he saw Dharam flirting with Jhanvi (who was pretending to be Vidya).

After Dharam lashed out at Tobu and accidentally broke his muteness, Tobu revealed the full extent of Veer and Prem's debt. In an unexpected turn, Tobu decided to forgive the debt entirely and return the items that had been stolen from Dharam.

Tobu was initially established as a mute loan shark, making his sudden ability to speak a dramatic moment.

The Lesotho king's men arrived because Dharam had previously had an affair with the Lesotho princess, who was now pregnant. The king's men insisted that Dharam and the princess marry to resolve the situation.

Dharam was traveling to Lesotho when he got stranded in Goa, suggesting his connections there were significant.

The film ended happily with Dharam agreeing to marry the Lesotho princess, who was pregnant with his child. This resolved the conflict with the king's men, and the other characters also reconciled their differences, with all debts forgiven and relationships restored.

Throughout the film, despite all the lies and chaos, the characters maintained their bonds of family and friendship, setting up the eventual reconciliation.
