Living with his parents, Satsuki and Yuichi, in a quiet coastal town, young Towa enjoys a seemingly idyllic life. Yuichi works as a fisherman, while Satsuki runs a local restaurant. Unbeknownst to Towa, he is adopted and was found as a baby, abandoned and malnourished, in an internet café. As his adoptive parents privately struggle with a custody battle and seek to shield him from his origins, their family's harmony begins to unravel, and concerns grow about Towa's future.
