Raj and Leena move into the old palatial house with their younger daughter Munni after the death of their elder daughter Shreya. Munni begins to insist she sees the ghost of her elder sister, a presence that unsettles the family.

The unseen ghost attempts to drive Munni out of the house and insists she return to her room. Raj and Leena are forced to contend with the haunting as Munni's fear grows.

One day Munni vanishes, and the family discovers that Leena has become possessed by the same malevolent force. The house's dark secret intensifies as the danger widens to the parents.

Raj, together with an exorcism expert, tries to communicate with the ghost to locate Munni and save her. They conduct séances and searches around the house to uncover the truth.

During the investigation, it is revealed that the haunting is not Shreya’s ghost but Janhvi’s. Janhvi accuses Raj of causing her death and of the family's separation, deepening Raj's guilt.

The narrative hints at Munni’s safety by showing her in a coffin with two chocolate bars containing nuts, underscoring her allergy. This detail foreshadows the danger and the emotional stakes the family faces.

Janhvi appears as a potential executive assistant at the company, and Raj hires her. He becomes attracted to her and starts leaving small gifts on her desk to express his affection.

On the eve of the company merger, Raj asks Janhvi to send him a copy of an important email. When she mails it, Raj confronts her about her evasiveness and the gifts she has received.

Janhvi leaves the office and heads to her car. During a confrontation, Raj pulls her back by the seatbelt, accidentally strangling her and killing her.

To protect the merger and himself, Raj hides Janhvi's body and erases CCTV footage. The act enables the merger to proceed but stains his conscience.

Janhvi's ghost returns as a vengeful force, seeking to replicate the parents' heartbreak by harming Munni. Raj and the exorcist are forced to search for Munni's location, hoping to prevent further tragedy.

In the climax, Raj hears Munni's voice from a box trapped with Janhvi. He unscrews the box, frees Munni, and realizes the nuts inside the chocolate never caused Munni's allergy, confirming she is safe.
