Aaditya, known as Aadi, Nirup Bhandari is an undercover operative with the NCB, leading a careful push to bust LSD drug peddlers operating in the city of Bangalore. The mission soon brings him face-to-face with Lakshmi, a travel agent, and he finds himself falling for her despite the shadows of his line of work. Lakshmi’s charm is tinged with an inferiority complex and a habit of spinning little lies, which Aadi gradually learns to tolerate—at first. When Lakshmi fabricates that she is a single mother, Aadi chooses to accept her baggage and keep an open heart, hoping romance can survive the dangerous world around them while he keeps digging for the network behind the drug trade.
As the operation intensifies, Aadi and his team manage to haul in several drug peddlers and steadily close in on the ringleader, a formidable figure named Runo Sukoulam who heads a Russian mafia outfit. The investigation reveals Sukoulam’s planned meeting at a resort in Goa, a lead that could finally pull the web of crime apart. Back home, Aadi’s parents—Ramegowda, Suchendra Prasad, and Shanthamma, Tara—learn of Lakshmi and become determined to see their son settle down, urging him to give love another chance. Aadi, though, remains torn between his professional oath and the growing pull of Lakshmi’s world, and he decides to push forward toward Goa.
In Goa, Aadi’s family unexpectedly converges with Lakshmi, who does not yet know their real connection to her partner, setting the stage for a tense, delicate dynamic. Meanwhile, Sukoulam’s operation unfolds with the intended resort meeting as the backdrop. Lakshmi, caught in the middle and under the stress of the situation, ends up revealing Aadi’s true identity to Sukoulam while in a drunken state, inadvertently widening the danger around them. A fierce gunfight erupts as Aadi and his team strike, eliminating Sukoulam and his men in a decisive confrontation that marks a turning point in the case and in their personal lives.
In the aftermath of the chaos, Aadi makes a pivotal personal choice: he accepts Lakshmi’s condition because he understands the fragility of trust in both love and crime-busting work. With the peril behind them and their bond tested, the couple decides to move forward together, choosing to reunite despite the scars and secrets that nearly pulled them apart. The story threads together high-stakes investigative drama with a hopeful romantic arc, painting a picture of perseverance, forgiveness, and the complicated path to a second chance.
