Two Angolas, separated by sixty years, are linked by a mysterious island and a shared curse. In the past, a forbidding fortress served as a tomb for revolutionaries exiled from the mainland. Sixty years later, construction of a lavish resort disturbs the island's dark secrets, unleashing a wave of horror as workmen discover the remains of the dead. Detective Pedro Mbala is dispatched to investigate the unsettling events and confront the source of the terror, which seems to be connected to a pack of stray dogs.
