Two Western men join an Asian partner to smuggle opium into Hong Kong, a plot that also raises hopping vampires and zombies to do their bidding. The film is part of Joseph Lai’s IFD trilogy, which also includes Zombie vs. Ninja (1988) and Kickboxer from Hell (1990). All three reuse much footage from other movies.
