When Kobe’s customs chief is murdered, police launch a probe into the ‘Yellow Line,’ a prostitution ring trafficking Japanese women. Meanwhile, a contract killer, abandoned by his own organization, kidnaps a woman who turns out to be the girlfriend of a newspaper reporter, drawing the reporter into the dangerous underworld.
