Krishna narrates to the audience that he wants to kill two people. He tails Sarathi on his bike as he heads toward a dark place. Sarathi pulls out a gun and tries to shoot Sagaa and Dharman, but Krishna pounces and saves them. In the aftermath, Dharma kills Sarathi and the two men become friends.

A flashback reveals Krishna's family situation, including his sister who wants to become a doctor. To help her, Krishna arranges a seat in a private college by paying around 60 lakhs. He soon learns the college lacks NCA approval, and admissions were obtained through a middleman. Sarathi is revealed as that middleman, and Krishna files a police complaint with his fiancée Janani, who is a sub-inspector.

When Krishna enquires at the college, he is told that the capitation money went to the middlemen and that he must contact them directly. Sarathi attacks Krishna during this confrontation. Krishna then files a police complaint with Janani.

A youngster named Gourav, the rich son of Gupta, is robbed of money and his BMW by thieves at night. He is tied to a pole and left exposed until an onlooker frees him in the morning. Gourav vows to take revenge on the thieves.

The students protest against the college’s corruption, escalating tensions. In the turmoil, Krishna’s sister dies in what appears to be an accident. Krishna vows revenge on the college owners but decides to support the students and help them.

Gourav’s BMW is found, and the thief is revealed to be Dharman. Gourav’s men capture Dharman and bring him to Gourav, who wants him killed. This establishes Dharman as the target of Gourav’s wrath.

Dharman attacks the driver and slams a car into Krishna's sister, killing her. He escapes and vows to take revenge against Gourav.

Hearing Dharman's story, Krishna reveals that Gourav is his second target, and they decide to help each other kill Gourav. However, Krishna silently plots revenge against Dharman for his role in his sister's death.

Krishna threatens Gourav's assistant Karna to obtain capitation details and uses this information as bait against Gourav. This move sets the trap in motion.

Dharman informs Gourav about Krishna's plan and helps set up a meeting with cash. Gourav asks Dharman to kill Krishna and take the money. Dharman betrays Krishna during the setup, advancing Gourav's interests.

Gourav uses Dharman's betrayal to shoot Sagaa and injure Dharman, tightening his grip on the situation. Krishna fights Gourav and gains some control of the confrontation.

As Krishna is about to kill Gourav, the students plead for mercy and urge him not to. Krishna insults Gourav as worse than Dharman, highlighting his corrupt greed and greed-driven crimes.

Krishna and the students leave, and a gunshot is heard, implying that Gourav has shot himself. The ending leaves the audience with the implication that Gourav may have died by his own hand.
