While testing a new submarine‑communication radio transmitter in deep Central American caves, the signal vanishes. Major Elbert Stevens leads a squad of soldiers, and cave expert “Wolf” Wolfsen with scientist Leslie Peterson, into the darkness. They discover an isolated tribe of albino cave‑dwellers who are hypersensitive to radio frequencies and can see infrared, tracking the intruders by body heat.
