A tense detective thriller follows a police inspector racing against time to stop a sniper who stalks crowded public spaces, hunting victims at random. With only scant clues, the inspector must uncover the killer’s motive, identity, and next target. He eventually learns the disturbed marksman is driven by an obsessive hatred of seeing people enjoy themselves together in public places.
