When the cartel orders him to murder the family of their political pawn, former Prime Minister Vilas Rao Sarang, Kabir refuses and instead coerces his old friend, Major Vikram “Raghu” Chelapathi, into staging a fake killing spree. In a shocking reveal, Vikram discloses that he is not only a cartel operative but also the very man who has been manipulating the plot to assassinate India’s current Prime Minister at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

With the Prime Minister’s life hanging by a thread, Kabir teams up with RAW officer Kavya (Luthra’s daughter) and the seasoned operative Vikrant. They learn that Vikram has hidden a bomb inside Sarang’s corpse, the coffin that will travel on the same aircraft as the Prime Minister. The final showdown erupts in a frozen cave where Kabir and Vikram, both gravely wounded, engage in a brutal fist‑fight. Between blows, Kabir forces Vikram to reveal the exact location of the bomb, allowing the RAW team to defuse the threat just in time and save the Prime Minister.

The battle leaves both men battered; Vikram’s allegiance collapses as he realizes the cartel’s true aim, while Kabir’s loyalty to India remains steadfast.
