Eveleigh and David, now three months pregnant, prepare to reopen the Paso Robles vineyard they purchased. They host a party to celebrate the venture, drawing attention from the area's top wine distributor. The mood is festive, but an undercurrent of unease begins to simmer around the couple.

During a party at the vineyard, Eveleigh notices Helena Knoll muttering in a trance while alone in the house. The moment hints at a hidden, unsettling link to the land's past. The party becomes a backdrop for the creeping sense of paranormal trouble.

Eveleigh's nightmares intensify and she begins attending a yoga class where she befriends Sadie. Sadie accompanies Eveleigh to visit realtor Glenn Barry, who reports that the vineyard house has no immediate horror history but suggests researching the Porters for answers.

Eveleigh's visions intensify and threaten her grip on reality. Concerned about PTSD and the risks to the pregnancy, David and their OB/GYN Dr. Mathison urge her to resume antidepressants she had stopped during pregnancy. She reluctantly agrees, and the visions temporarily subside.

Several months later, Eveleigh reconnects with Sadie, who convinces her to stop taking the medication. The haunting visions return with renewed intensity, and Eveleigh starts suspecting a secret conspiracy against her, with David possibly involved. The sense of paranoia deepens, blurring lines between reality and premonition.

Eveleigh contacts Jane Porter, who guides her back to Helena Knoll to discuss the trance at the party. Helena, who shares a sensitivity to the supernatural, accompanies them to the ruins of a destroyed home on the vineyard property. Both women experience a vision, and Helena collapses, dying from the strain while warning Eveleigh: 'It's not what you think. It's you.'

Eveleigh visits vintner Victor Napoli, whose family once owned the vineyard. He reveals that his great-grandmother burned down the old house due to paranormal activity. He also shows sketches from a medium's attempt to contact spirits, which eerily depict Eveleigh and David.

An intervention is staged at Eveleigh's home by David, Dr. Mathison, Eileen, and family therapist Victoria Lambert. Eveleigh tries to explain that her experiences are premonitions bridging past and present, not simply hauntings. They realize the Porter and Napoli families shared visions of a future tragedy that is about to unfold that night.

Sadie and her husband Ben arrive at the house armed, escalating the confrontation. Ben shoots Dr. Mathison and Sadie shoots, wounding Eileen while the room erupts in chaos. Eveleigh recognizes that her visions are showing present events, not distant ones.

David discovers that Sadie is not actually pregnant and confronts the truth. Sadie turns the knife on David, and Eveleigh pushes Sadie through a glass door, fleeing for safety. Ben pursues Eveleigh, kills a neighboring farmer, and then confronts her, knocking her unconscious.

Eveleigh wakes to find herself captive by Ben and Sadie. It is revealed that Sadie is the woman who lost her child in the crash, seeking revenge by threatening Eveleigh's baby. Eveleigh slashes Sadie's throat as she resists, and David arrives to shoot Ben dead.

In the aftermath, the vineyard house stands empty as Glenn shows the property to a new couple. The haunting has left its mark, but the land begins to settle into an uneasy quiet as new owners move in.
