Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie

On the distant planet of Liaria, the mysterious wizard Lerigot finds himself fleeing from the relentless Divatox, an intergalactic space pirate with a singular ambition: to marry Maligore, a wicked demon imprisoned in the depths of the underworld. In her pursuit, Divatox hopes that this union will grant her the power to unlock the golden key and traverse the mystical gateway separating their realms. As Lerigot evades her minions, he unexpectedly lands on Earth, where he becomes weakened by its intense ultraviolet rays, ultimately getting misled by a playful troop of chimpanzees in Africa.

Meanwhile, in the sunny town of Angel Grove, the Power Rangers - Rocky DeSantos, Adam Park, and Tommy Oliver - are preparing for a critical fighting competition aimed at saving their cherished Youth Shelter. However, tragedy strikes when Rocky injures his back, radically shifting the team’s dynamics. Soon after, Katherine Hillard and Tanya Sloan make their entrance alongside Justin Stewart, a starry-eyed young admirer of Rocky who frequently visits the shelter.

Upon receiving an urgent message from Zordon, the Power Rangers discover that they must track down the beleaguered Lerigot. They successfully find him in his weakened state and bring him back to the safety of the Power Chamber, where Zordon informs them of Divatox’s sinister plot to capture two human sacrifices to resurrect her demon ally, Maligore.

Elgar, the cunning nephew of Divatox, initially sets his sights on abducting Farkus “Bulk” Bulkmeier](/actor/bulk-bulkmeier) and Eugene “Skull” Skullovitch but ultimately deems them unworthy offerings. He then diverts his attention to Kimberly Hart and Jason Lee Scott, who find themselves ensnared by Divatox’s minions while scuba diving in the nearby waters.

As Lerigot recuperates, he receives a threatening message directly from Divatox, who has taken his family hostage and is using Kimberly and Jason to apply pressure on the Power Rangers. In a shocking twist, Elgar captures Lerigot at a rendezvous point, leaving the Rangers feeling powerless against the formidable pirate.

Unyielding against this malicious threat, Zordon and Alpha 5 devise a plan to empower the Power Rangers with extraordinary Turbo powers and Turbo Zords, enabling them to traverse the harsh desert terrain. Joined by Justin, who unexpectedly receives Rocky’s Blue Ranger powers during his recovery, the Rangers set off on a daring quest across the desert, fueling their resolve to rescue their kidnapped allies.

Onboard Divatox’s menacing submarine, Jason and Kimberly formulate a desperate plan for escape, managing to free themselves and Bulk but leaving Jason behind to face their enemies alone. As the Power Rangers strive to confront this new menace, they are met with a series of perilous battles filled with action and uncertainty.

Navigating the treacherous waters of the Nemesis Triangle, the Power Rangers finally arrive at the mythical island where Maligore reigns. However, their momentary relief is quickly overshadowed when Divatox unleashes her fury on the Ghost Galleon, reducing it to ruins. In the chaos, Kimberly falls prey to the island’s fervent natives, who see Maligore as a deity, and they escort her to the temple nestled within a volcano where she and Jason are both held captive by Maligore’s dark magic.

In a shocking act of betrayal, Divatox sacrifices her own nephew, empowering Maligore to unleash chaos upon his former foes. Undeterred, the Power Rangers unite their Turbo Zords, forming the mighty Turbo Megazord for an ultimate showdown against the resurrected demon. The ensuing battle is fierce, but ultimately, the Rangers emerge victorious, sending Maligore back to his abyss while Divatox and Rygog scatter in defeat, determined to reclaim revenge.

With their enemies vanquished and Jason, Kimberly, Lerigot, and Yara liberated from Maligore’s clutches, the Power Rangers regroup and invite Bulk and Skull into their ranks. They return to Angel Grove, where Jason’s victory in Rocky’s stead secures the much-needed prize money, promising a brighter future for the Youth Shelter and its community.
