Pick up a year after “A Sh*t River Runs Through It,” the story follows Ricky, Julian and Bubbles now flush with cash. Julian, however, decides to let the money sit, arguing that movies like Casino prove it’s wiser not to flash wealth immediately. He conceals the hoard in his newly acquired DeLorean, the iconic time‑travel car from Back to the Future.
