In a quiet Czech town, four individuals—Robert, Simona, Tomas, and Funes—find themselves adrift and yearning for something more. Bound together as members of a string quartet, they navigate a series of unusual circumstances and comical misunderstandings while preparing for their next concert. Robert is a mother-dependent man, Simona is attractive, Tomas is histrionic, and Funes is an exceptionally reserved history enthusiast. Their shared music becomes the backdrop for exploring their individual frustrations and eccentricities.
