The Possible

In 1969, The Possible stand at the peak of popularity in Thailand, celebrated by fans. Their fame inflates their egos and they begin to overlook the very audience that supported them. Backstage tensions simmer beneath glossy surfaces as personal ambitions threaten the band's unity.

Toi cavorts with a farang woman, while his Thai girlfriend Straw is left to wrestle with the fallout of his actions. The relationship strains under media glare and jealousy. The mood backstage becomes tense as trust fractures threaten the tour.

On the way to a show, a fan gifts them a pink microphone known as a Hit Tester. The band fiddles with it, curious about its rumored power. The gift foreshadows a supernatural turn that will tilt their fate.

The trombonist is now a Buddhist monk, the saxophonist has aged into wisdom, and the trumpet player has died from alcoholism, leaving his daughter Nu Malee to join the band after their plea for help. These revelations reshape the band’s path and responsibilities.
