After China becomes a republic, a General plans to revive the Qing dynasty. Commissioner Yao Tien‑Shan (Carter Wong) uncovers the plot involving General Na Lan Tien Hsiung and Lord Lo. Lord Lo’s daughter Wan Ying, who favors the new order, allies with Yao and Fu Fung (Casanova Wong). The General captures Lord Lo and raises an army to pursue his goal.
