Five friends from the 1950s meet in their forties. One is an inmate, another linked to “accidental” murders, a third deserted his family, the fourth wanders, and the woman returns from a ward. Haunted by their era’s betrayals, they try to revive their old gang, only to face a descent into death that marks their generation’s final chapter.
