The short follows a youthful man dressed in a green wizard robe who dashes across the United States at incredible speed, echoing The Flash. He whisks a beautiful girl to another city, hands golden stars to other women yearning for a ride, then comically slips on a banana peel and crashes onto a film set, where he animates the stage with his magic.
