The witch Gingemma creates a cyclone that whisks Elli away; the witch is destroyed. In the Magic Land, Elli’s dog Totoshka becomes a guide and urges her to take the witch’s silver shoes. Elli befriends a brain‑seeking Scarecrow, a cowardly Lion and a heart‑desiring woodcutter. They battle Bastinda’s ogre, tigers and winged monkeys to find Goodwin Wizard and have wishes granted.
