Two former ballerina rivals, Deedee and Emma, find their complex relationship tested as their lives diverge. Years later, Deedee's daughter joins Emma's dance company, initiating a forbidden romance that stirs up old tensions and unearths deeply held secrets. The women are forced to examine the choices they’ve made and the sacrifices they’ve endured, ultimately confronting the emotional consequences that shape their futures.
