Steve, a down‑on‑his‑luck bum, volunteers for an experimental drug, unaware that the physician behind the trial is a criminal bent on creating an invincible thief immune to bullets. The drug gives Steve Superman‑like powers. He uses them to exact revenge on the street bullies who tormented him, then uncovers the doctor’s true, sinister agenda for his newfound abilities.
