The Red Spectacles

The action unfolds in a late-20th-century Tokyo, where the Kerberos unit rises to fight crime and later becomes infamous for its brutality. By the 1990s, the unit is disbanded, and the remaining members escape to the Port of Tokyo. Three years pass before Todome returns, entering a city that has aged beyond recognition, blurring memory and reality.
