In a Tokyo bar whose entire wall is a black‑and‑white replica of a Monument Valley photograph, Billy the Kid steps out of the picture in vivid colour and takes a job as a waiter. He is joined by a textbook samurai, a World War II G.I. and other out‑of‑time figures. Together they fend off ruthless mobsters and street thugs threatening the bar, striving to keep the eclectic tavern safe.
