Retired billionaire Rooney believes his family cares only for his wealth, so he arranges to become an adult baby under the care of his wet‑nurse Sagebrecht. After thieves burst into his mansion and strike him on the head, the blow inexplicably causes him to regress in age, sending him into a bewildering reverse‑aging journey.
