However, another adversary surfaces: Timothy, a psychological operations specialist and past lover, who kidnaps her daughter Caitlin as leverage. As they navigate the layers of complexity surrounding her near-fatal incident, Samantha uncovers that she had unintentionally thwarted a CIA false flag operation meant to fabricate a terrorist attack by using a bomb in Niagara Falls. This, tied to corrupt elements within the CIA, puts everyone in jeopardy.
