The Haunted School

Twenty years ago a devastating fire broke out on the school grounds, causing panic and evacuations. In the aftermath, a sense of dread settled over the campus as whispers of supernatural activity began to rise.

The headmaster hanged himself from a tree on the campus, shocking students and staff. The tragedy fed the growing gloom and connected to the earlier fire in unsettling ways.

A student leapt from the school building, adding to the pattern of unexplained deaths that haunted the campus. The incident deepened the sense that the school is cursed and watched by unseen forces.

After each disappearance, a shadowy silhouette materializes on the wall near the staircase and seems to linger. The mark cannot be erased, serving as a grim reminder of the victims and the ongoing curse.

The dean takes charge with harsh punishments and a rigid discipline system inside the school. A severe rule forbidding students from falling in love is enforced relentlessly, signaling a new era of control.

The dean is caught having an affair with the headmaster by the headmaster's wife, who locks her in the school office and burns her to death in anger. This violent ending cements a tragic backstory that fuels the haunting.

From that moment onward, the dean's spirit haunts the school and enforces the strict rules in a performative spiritual manner. Disobedience triggers eerie consequences that echo the past.

Under a new policy, four boys named Ben, Charlie, Dick, and Keung are admitted to Lap Lan Girls' School. They are largely confined to their classroom and dormitory to minimize interaction with the girls.

Against the rules, the boys throw a secret party in the woods and begin to develop romantic feelings. Their forbidden romance inadvertently revives the lingering curse haunting the school.

A strange force pulls Dick and Sze into the so-called school office, and they vanish from sight. Their disappearance signals a chilling resurfacing of the old hauntings.

Charlie dies in the same manner as the former headmaster, likely by hanging, while Kei dies the same way as the suicide student, jumping from a height. The deaths confirm that the curse still feeds on rule breaking.

The surviving students seek answers from their teacher Miss Fong, who explains that the strict rules were devised twenty years ago by Dean Yuen See-yum. She explains how the dean and headmaster were involved in a deadly coverup, and how the dean's spirit has kept the discipline alive.

Keung, Yat-man, Ben, and Siu-fong join forces to locate the old school office and destroy it, hoping that erasing the space will break the curse once and for all. Their mission marks a decisive effort to end the haunting and free the school from the dean's lingering control.
