In the kingdom of Florestan, feeble Prince Henry is overthrown by his scheming cousin, Prince Basil. Exiled in Paris, Henry learns that Basil’s corrupt rule has left the people suffering. Determined to restore justice, he returns incognito, posing as the chauffeur of a flamboyant playboy—actually his loyal manservant—to cross the border unnoticed. Now he must devise a plan to reclaim the throne and free his people.
