Terror Train

At a university fraternity's New Year's Eve party, Alana Maxwell is reluctantly roped into participating in a prank, luring the naive pledge Kenny Hampson into a bedroom with the promise of sex. The prank takes a dark turn when students place a stolen woman's corpse in the bed, traumatizing Kenny. As a result, Kenny is sent to a psychiatric hospital to recover from the distress.

Three years later, the same group of fraternity and sorority students gather for a costume-themed New Year's Eve train party. The group includes Alana, Ed, Doc, Jackson, Mitchy, Mo, a magician, and his assistant. The students are celebrating while aboard the train as it heads into the wilderness for the night.

Before the train departs, Ed is murdered, and the killer dons Ed's Groucho Marx mask, boarding the train unnoticed, which allows him to blend in with the students. The group remains unaware of the threat as the killer begins to move among them during the journey. The murders start silently, disturbing the festive atmosphere.

The killer moves into the sleeper car and murders Jackson, who is found wearing a lizard costume. The train conductor, Carne, notices Jackson's body but does not realize the motive. The killer quickly hides the body, adding to the confusion among the students and crew.

Mitchy is murdered in her compartment by the killer, and her corpse is discovered by Carne. These successive murders heighten the panic among the students, who begin to suspect that a serial killer is onboard. Authorities are called to investigate the sudden string of deaths.

During a magic show designed to entertain the stranded students, Doc discovers that Mo has been murdered. The death adds to the mounting body count, leading to increased tension and fear among the group. The situation becomes dire as more suspects and secrets emerge.

Train conductor Carne and brakeman Charlie find two additional dead students, confirming the killer's presence onboard. The crew quickly sequesters the remaining students into one car in an attempt to contain the situation. Tensions flare as the students realize they are trapped with a murderer.

Concerned about the safety of everyone onboard, Carne pulls the train's emergency brake, causing chaos and disorienting the passengers. The train comes to an abrupt stop in the wilderness, and the crew begins to escort the students off the train amid confusion, believing it might be a stunt by Doc.

Alana tries to visit Kenny at the psychiatric hospital, suspecting his possible involvement in the murders. She learns about his disturbed state, and later, she finds the magician's dead body and begins to suspect that Kenny is in disguise. Her suspicions lead her to confront the masked killer.

Alana finds Kenny dressed in a disguise, posing as the magician’s assistant, revealing he is the actual killer. He confesses to the murders, driven by trauma rooted in the prank from years earlier. Kenny forces Alana to kiss him, which triggers a mental breakdown, alerting authorities to his unstable state.

After suffering a mental breakdown, Kenny is beaten with a shovel by Carne and pushed towards the open train door. He falls into an icy river, ending his reign of terror. The remaining students and authorities watch as the killer is finally defeated, bringing an end to the deadly night.
